Waters of the World is a collection of outdoor mineral pools designed to promote health via water in a gorgeous, tranquil setting.  True to ancient healing methods, The Spa has maintained the integrity of this concept by implementing the waters that contain minerals which have proven to have a level of healing effects on the body, mind and spirit. 

 

This unique collection of pools includes mineral-rich waters from the Dead Sea which are known for soothing irritated skin and calming restless minds as well as the Pyrenees salt pool (kept chilly on purpose) which helps to moderate fluid retention and body temperature changes while stabilizing mood swings.  Other pools include a cold and hot water plunge pool, the main pool for swimming and the outdoor Jacuzzi.

For the ultimate experience in utilizing the healing waters to receive the most benefit, make an appointment for The Watsu Experience.  This treatment will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed while helping to improve joint mobilization as a therapist keeps you afloat and gently stretches your body.

Other body treatments include:  waxing; a selection of relaxing or deep tissue and/or trigger point massages, including Shiatsu; energy and balancing body work such as Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy; therapies designed with detoxification in mind, such as Aromatherapy and Lymphatic Drainage as well as hot stone, couples and tandem-touch (two therapists providing a Swedish massage in synchronization) massages. 

 

A diversified selection of body scrubs and wraps will leave you wishing you had a week to explore them all; facials are available for men and women and any skin type and are the perfect way to round out your spa experience.  Gardens Dermatology is partnered with The Spa and offers several options for a more youthful and healthy appearance, such as Botox, Perlane, laser hair reduction and microdermabrasion.

The full service salon provides a bevy of hair care services and will either maintain your desired look or help to create a brand new you!  Once your hair service is complete, indulge in a manicure and pedicure of your choice and then allow a professional make-up artist to apply the finishing touches.

Indoor spa facilities are located in each locker room (lockers, robes and slippers provided) and consist of a whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna and showers.
