Spa 4 Life is the newest day spa to the Lighthouse Point area, tucked neatly between Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach in the northeast portion of Broward County, Florida. Located at 5036 N. Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, owner Kimberly Fontanot opened Spa 4 Life in March 2010 and recently expanded to include a full service hair salon with local hair expert Darlene Pearson.
Although this spa is located inside a plaza of brick buildings, don’t be fooled by the exterior. The inside is beautifully decorated with modern décor and lighting, creating a refreshing and welcoming environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the ambiance is relaxing and tranquil - the exact combination you are hoping for when seeking your next spa experience.
Spa 4 Life offers a variety of spa treatments and facials, professional make-up application for any occasion (including permanent make-up), as well as the full service hair and nail salon. Treatment rooms include massage and facial rooms, a couple’s room for couple’s massages, the hydrotherapy tub (big enough for two!) and a private changing room.
In addition, Ms. Fontanot had the unusual foresight to include a Vichy shower/wet table in one of her treatment rooms. This exciting feature allows her therapists to provide scrubs and mud treatments for their clients using the most professional equipment available and therefore providing the most relaxing treatment possible. If you haven’t experienced a “wet” treatment on one of these tables, you are missing out on a truly unique experience!
Treatment packages may be custom designed by clients for special occasions, bridal parties or even the special birthday party – for spa enthusiasts of all ages! The menu includes such treatments as: the Spa 4 Life Signature Massage, Stones 4 Therapy (hot stone massage), Reflexology, various scrubs, wraps and facials (including microdermabrasion and peels), hydrotherapy and waxing.
If you’re in the mood for a relaxing scalp treatment, try the Shirobhyanga - a technique using Ayurveda oils massaged into the scalp and through the hair for a deep conditioning, combined with craniosacral therapy to release stress and thoroughly relax the mind while restoring balance.
The spa’s choice of products, most available for retail purchase, include Redken, Blinc mascara, Bio Oil (excellent for treating stretch marks and scarring), Rejuvi (skin care) and Suki facial products.
